履历

廖国建,1981年出生于四川省彭州市。1999年考入西南师范大学生命科学学院。2003-2006年在西南大学师从谢建平研究员读研。2006年去中国科学院微生物研究所师从谭华荣研究员攻读博士。20107月加入西南大学药学院任特聘副教授,20137月晋升为副教授。201311月至201412月在美国罗格斯大学公共卫生中心(PHRI)做访问学者(导师薛朝阳教授),20177月至8月在美国芝加哥大学海洋生物学实验室(MBL)完成病原真菌学高级课程(MOMY)。20187月晋升为教授。2019年起为博士生导师。

教学

讲授本科生专业课两门(《生物技术药物学》(研讨性课程和在线课程),《微生物与免疫学》(全英文课程))。先后被评为西南大学优秀班主任(2011)和西南大学优秀教师(2018)。荣获西南大学教师课堂教学比赛一等奖(2017)。

科研

主要从事侵袭性真菌感染的诊断、治疗和干预。包括侵袭性真菌耐药分子机制,新型药物靶点研究以及微生物次级代谢产物来源的新抗真菌物质的合成和调控、作用靶标和衍生物合成。已发表学术论文40余篇。包括ElifeNano lettersmBioFungal Genetics and Biology等重要期刊。工作至今获批国家自然科学基金2项,重庆市基金1项,国家重点实验室开发课题2项,校内资助3项。担任中国微生物学会微生物教学工作委员会委员,重庆市遗传学会理事,《中国抗生素杂志》编委,国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家。
