陆军 博士,教授,  1992年于四川大学化学系获得学士学位,1995年于四川大学化学系获得硕士学位,1998年于中科院长春应用化学研究所获得博士学位。1999-2000年于中科院长春应用化学研究所任助理研究员, 2000-2002年在日本理化学研究所从事博士后研究2003-2016瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学院医学生物化学与生物物理系工作,先后博士后、研究员、助理教授、高级研究员,2016年被聘为西南大学药学院教授。在PNASCancer ResearchFASEB JournalARSFRBMJBC等刊物上发表40余篇SCI论文,1项美国发明专利, SCI他引2500余次。

研究方向

生化药理学主要是以生物氧化还原体系为靶点的药物作用机制的研究及新药开发以及研究必需元素硒及其化合物的生物学效应及在药理学方面的应用。

研究内容:

1)以细菌和寄生虫所必需的巯基依赖的氧化还原体系为靶点,探寻新的抗细菌或抗寄生虫的药物,研究其作用机制。

2)探寻以哺乳动物的细胞质和线粒体硫氧化还原蛋白体系为抗癌靶点的抗癌药物,研究抗癌药物对硫氧还蛋白体系和谷胱甘肽还原体系的协同效应的影响,探索更为有效的治疗癌症的新方法和新药物。

3)研究硒化合物和硒蛋白的生物学及药理学的应用,及硒化合物和硒蛋白在神经退行性疾病中的作用及干预的方法。
