1. 分子药理学:以生物氧化还原体系为靶向的药物药理、毒理、耐药性研究及新药开发(硫氧还蛋白体系、谷胱甘肽体系、硒蛋白、硒代谢、铁代谢、巯基代谢、自由基生物学和医学、氧化还原生物学、细菌耐药机制等)。
2. 合成生物学:微生物菌种基因工程改造、微生物来源药物的研发(可招收专业硕士生)
研究成果
在PNAS、EMBO Molecular Medicine、Cancer Research等刊物上发表60余篇SCI论文,他引6000余次,H-index 33,获2项美国发明专利授权。
