教学和科研简介

重庆市高校中青年骨干教师。重庆市药学会理事,重庆市药学会药学教育专委会理事。国家虚拟仿真实验教学一流课程基于VR技术的强心苷药理作用虚拟仿真实验”负责人、重庆市一流课程、重庆市课程思政示范课程“药物分析学”负责人。研究方向为中药药效物质基础与质量控制。主要研究对象为藏药材及重庆市道地药材,包括波棱瓜、翼首草、喜马拉雅紫茉莉、红景天、五味子、木香类药材及药食同源的花椒、甘薯等。先后主持国家863计划项目子课题2项、国家自然科学4项、国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、国家重大新药创制子课题等项目;在PhytomedicineOrganic LettersFood ChemistryJournal of Ethnopharmacology等国内外学术期刊发表相关研究论文100余篇;授权发明专利12项。

 

研究方向

1. 天然药物、中药、民族药活性成分研究:利用各种色谱方法从天然药物、中药、民族药中提取、分离活性成分,利用NMRMS等方法解析化合物结构。

2. 药理学研究:对天然活性化合物开展肝保护、抗风湿性关节炎、抗肿瘤等作用及机制研究。

3. 药物分析与质量控制:利用LC-MSHPLC等方法,结合代谢组学等手段对天然活性成分进行体外、体内分析;药物质量控制方法研究。
